Having the AANMS allows them to converse with their own people. They are probably more comfortable with Nadars than they are with other Americans.
## Why you want to separate Nadars from other Tamils?. Are they not comfotable with non Nadar tamils living in America or are you thinking that only Nadars
have been living in America ? By forming AANMS you are now trying to alienate Nadars from other Tamils.?????
The *only* reason for having the AANMS is to *bring together* the Nadars.
There are no negative or discriminatory intentions here. If Non-Nadars want to join the AANMS, I personally don't see a problem with that.
There is nothing wrong with having such anorganization as long as they don't act in a discriminatory way towards other people.
## Tomorrow other castes like Devar, Vellalar, Brahmin, Chettiyar and Yadav will form their own caste based organisations then the discrimination will automatically come.????
I have to disagree with your conclusion here. Discrimination will only occur when they are rooted in a person or an organization's psyche. A caste based organization founded and *run* on a moral and ethical belief system will not allow discrimination to occur.
Since you're living in the US, I'm sure you know that there are many other people [Irish, Muslims, Jews] whohave their own organizations. If there isn't anything wrong with those organizations, there shouldn't be a problem with the Nadars having an organization of their own.
